Far East Travel & Lifestyle Pte Ltd sucks as a travel agency. It has one of the worst customer service I've ever seen. To confirm a deal reservation, my friend and I had to go down to the agency twice, called up numerous times and still there is no confirmation. And twice they gave us empty promises, saying that they will confirm with us but after waiting for weeks there was just no response already.

We have also emailed so many times but they just don't bother to reply. Actually what is the point of having an email address if nobody even bother to check the email.

Today, when I called in, nobody answers the phone until the 3rd consecutive call I've made. If there is a lack of manpower, just hire more people for goodness sake. Why would you want to save that kind of money to piss off yet another customer who is bringing you business.

From my experience with them, I am not giving them another chance. Just want to give my honest feedback about them so others are aware of how bad their customer service is. I seriously want my refund if they still cannot help us confirm the deal which we actually purchased like 2 months ago. For working people, it is really a pain and great disappointment to have to go through so many failed confirmation of getting a simple deal settled....

It's not easy being caught in the middle, whereby no matter what you do you will be at fault for something. With or without action, you will be faulted because of the pressures from different sides. It's not even a matter of whether I am doing my part to assist. It's a matter of what consequences I will get from helping you because if I help you I may be getting troubles elsewhere.

It sucks to be caught in the middle. But that is how it is in life. It is all about dealing with mistakes you have done which you had to because you were forced to under pressure. It's about making the choice to make someone angry in order to cover your own ass and someone else's ass. It is something I am still learning...

09/09 is a special day because it's the day we are officially together. It is the day I'm truly your gf; and it's the day we exchange promises to stand by each other and make it last. Although we only know each other recently, I feel that I already known you for long. This may be the start of the many challenges and sadness that is to come, but I am not afraid to face them all and I will never regret knowing you and taking this step to be with you. Thank you for coming into my life. From now on, I want to be a better person for you. May we have the luck and strength to hold on till the end of life. :)

Thank you for appearing in my life and showing me what happiness could have been. I'm not sure if you will disappear one day. For now, I just want to enjoy the time we spend together. It feels like I've known you for long even when we've just met. How strange. Could this be fate?

In order to love others, you must first love yourself. Only when you love and accept who you are will you able to gain the strength to love those around you. Hence, please do yourself and others the favour by giving yourself the love which you need to see through all of life's difficulties and challenges.

I need my un-political space.

I would not think of myself as being irreplaceable. Because that is fatal to a ever growing society, ever changing system/workplace and ever-changing people. I am not irreplaceable. So I am not afraid of mistakes and of the thought that I will be leaving some day, as I would probably do that one day.
